Person-centred therapy  focuses on the individual’s unique experiences, feelings, and perspectives. This approach believes that individuals have the capacity to grow, heal, and find solutions to their problems. Person-centred counselling emphasizes the importance of creating a safe and non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions freely. Clients knows their experience best, i.e the therapist is not the expert.
