By train
Stockport train station is a 12-minute walk away. Exit the station and walk through Stockport Exchange onto Railway Road. Turn right onto Wellington Road (A6). Walk past Stockport Town Hall and turn left onto Edward Street. At the crossroads with traffic lights turn right onto Middle Hillgate. Labyrinth Business Centre is on your left.
By car
Exit the M60 motorway at Junction 27 for Portwood and exit the roundabout for St Mary’s Way. Continue on St Marys Way then turn right at Spring Gardens, left onto Waterloo Road, and left onto Middle Hillgate. HJ Therapy will be on your left-hand side. On-street parking is available, including Pay & Display.
